Caterpillar Bulldozer and Rachel Corrie

On March 15, 2005, the parents of the American woman who was slain by the driver of a Caterpillar bulldozer filed a suit against Caterpillar.  The parents are seeking monetary damages from Caterpillar in the amount of $75,000 or more.  Read the complaint filed here.
