Wiping your snowboard dry after use - particularly its steel edges - will prolong its life.
How to keep your snowboard edges from rusting -
After you go snowboarding run chapstick or lip balm around the edges of your
snowboard - it seals it up and protects it from rust, and it comes off as soon
as you go snowboarding the next time.

How to keep your snowboard edges from rusting - You
can also use a candle along the edge. It works the same as Chap Stick or lip
balm.

Anti rust product - You can buy a pen that you paint
the edges with to give anti rust protection. Unlike using wax, this stuff does
more than seal out air and moisture, it works actively to prevent rust.
The one I use is made by Bakoda.
Failing that, buy a Burton board with stainless steel edges!
